The Campaign

A rare opportunity for our community to take a giant leap forward.

For the next 52 HOURS ONLY every single dollar YOU give to Chabad of the South Hills will be matched by a group of extraordinary benefactors to reach our goal of $118,000!

Every Dollar you donate will be doubled!

Thanks to our matchers, we have been provided with an end of year challenge to help Chabad of the South Hills continue to flourish and grow!

Only 52 HOURS from start to finish!

Chabad of the South Hils has been showing love and care for every individual in our community, despite the challenges that this year has brought. Chabad activities and our programs have not stopped for one moment. We have increased our efforts, in unique ways, with critical services in these most challenging times. We have expanded our activities to include care packages to the elderly, food distribution to those in need, and safe, socially distanced programming.

This year's campaign will have a very special added dimension. Following the passing of our dear mothers, Mrs Miriam Rosenblum, OBM and Mrs. Raizel Wolvovsky, OBM we are announcing the building of a New Women's Mikvah in the South Hills. This very special project is in loving memory of these two incredible women. A portion of the funds raised this year will go to start a seed fund for this project.

We don’t do it alone. We can’t do it alone. We rely on your partnership to be there for our people.

Can we count on you for your essential support?

Today you have the power to better the lives of our entire community!

Hundreds of individuals of all backgrounds and all ages are impacted each year through the many programs Chabad of the South Hills offers the community. An unprecedented opportunity is at hand which will allow us to continue growing and expanding all of our vital programs.

We need to raise $118,000 in new contributions to achieve this milestone and give us the foundation funds for our bold initiatives. Remember your contribution to Chabad of the South Hills is a contribution to a stronger more vibrant Jewish community!

About Chabad

Chabad of the South Hills means many things to many people. To some it’s a Hebrew School and a Teen center; to others it’s an adult education institute, a synagogue and a community center; to others still it’s a Sunshine Club for seniors, a social service center for the needy and the troubled. Indeed, there is little within the realm of outreach and education that is outside of the sphere of focus of this multidimensional organization. Still, Chabad does not celebrate the achievement of an objective as a plateau, but as a springboard to yet greater heights.

Let us together as partners, continue to progress from strength to strength, in creating an oasis of goodness, spirituality and kindness in the South Hills.

Thank you for your support!
